The orchestra has the care of the following instruments which are available for hire on very reasonable terms:

| Refundable Deposit | £20 refundable on return of the instrument in good condition |
| Hire Fee | £10 per four months (or per school term) |
The Pulham Orchestra also possesses the following instruments for hire for specific occasions and for a very limited period:
- 2 Tap Tuned Timps
- 1 Double Bass
