COME & SING
Haydn: The Seasons
Purcell: King Arthur
Upper Olland Street
Bungay, NR35 1BH
Saturday 28th October 2017
THE PULHAM ORCHESTRA
Conductor - Margery Baker
Here is your chance to join a "Scratch" Choir and take part in a performance of extracts from Haydn's The Seasons and Purcell's King Arthur.
Cooled by Purcell’s spectacular chorus of the Frozen People, we'll be warmed by Love and fed by the Harvest; then challenged and uplifted as Haydn takes us from Winter towards the Spring and finally the full sun of Summer.
Everyone is welcome, either to sing, or as audience members at the evening performance. We hope that most of the members of the choir will know the works or can read music.
